A: Only Reliant Ribbon Bows and Trims registered customers can order from this site. Please Note: Reliant Ribbons Bows and Trims sells only to registered businesses. A
Federal or State Tax ID# is required to order products from us.
How can I create an account?
A: If you own or work for a registered business, creating an account with Reliant Ribbons Bows and Trims is easy!! Simply click the Log In option in the upper right hand corner
of this website and fill out he form that is provided (or Click Here). We will send a confirmation e-mail once your account has been established.
If I already have a registered account with Reliant, do I still have to Register on-line to order?
A: Yes, you will need to set-up a password to place an order on line. The only way to do that is to register on our website.
What should I do if I forget my Password?
A: Don't worry! Just follow the steps to log in. Right next to the log in button there is a prompt: Forgot your password. If you click the prompt we will email you a link to reset
Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: Yes, our minimum order requirement is $50.00. We will accept a sub-minimum orders, however handling fee's will be applied.
- Orders from $30 - $49 - a $15.00 sub-minimum order handling charge will be applied
- Orders $29 and under - a $25.00 sub-minimum order handling charge will be applied
Please note that shipping charges are in addition to the above mentioned handling charges.
