Q: Do you have a Catalog?
A: Yes we do. Our catalogs can be viewed right here on line by visiting the Catalogs page. To request a printed catalog click the Request a Catalog button at the bottom of
this page.

Q: Who can order from this website?
A: Only Reliant Ribbon registered customers can order from this site. Please Note: Reliant Ribbon sells only to registered businesses. A
Federal or State Tax ID# is required to order products from us.

Q: How can I create an account?
A: If you own or work for a registered business, creating an account with Reliant Ribbon is easy!! Simply click the Log In option in the upper right hand corner
of this website and fill out he form that is provided (or Click Here). We will send a confirmation e-mail once your account has been established.

Q: If I already have a registered account with Reliant, do I still have to Register on-line to order?
A: Yes, you will need to set-up a password to place an order on line. The only way to do that is to register on our website.

Q: What should I do if I forget my Password?
A: Don't worry! Just follow the steps to log in. Right next to the log in button there is a prompt: Forgot your password. If you click the prompt we will email you a link to reset your password.

Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: Yes, our minimum order requirement is $50.00. We realize that sometimes there is a need to place a small order and we will accept a sub minimum orders. There will be a $20 shipping & handling charge on orders under the $50.00 minimum.  If you are using your own shipping account number, a $10 handling fee will be applied to orders under the $50.00 minimum. 
For orders shipping outside the USA, the minimum order requirement is $500.
